Hudson Valley Appraisal is an approved appraiser for the HUD's FHA loan program and one of only six firms selected to perform appraisals for the DEP's Land Acquisition Program for New York City watershed, the New York State Department of Transportation, as well as other state and federal agencies. As one of only a few appraisers equipped to handle such complex requests, Hudson Valley Appraisal provides the avigation easement valuations in conjunction with runway expansions at various area airports.
